Data Retention & Deletion

You control the interview records in your account. Notes and generated briefs remain available until you delete an individual record. On a brief page, use Export interview to download that record, including its notes and linked meeting details if present.

Use Delete interview and confirm to remove its saved notes, generated brief, and linked scheduled meeting from the active account records. Deleting a folder does not delete interviews: you can move them elsewhere or leave them unfiled. Removing a record does not automatically remove copies you previously exported or shared.

Deleting your account

Open Account and choose Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm. This removes your sign-in account and every interview, talent brief, meeting and folder saved to it from the active records. It can't be undone, so export anything you want to keep first.
