Common questions

How do I delete my account?

Sign in, open the Account page, and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your briefs, interviews, folders, and your sign-in account. See Data Retention & Deletion.

How do I export my briefs?

Open a brief and use the share or download option to save a copy outside the app.

Who can see my notes and briefs?

Only the account that created them. See the Privacy Policy.
